Sarah May is an Aerospace Engineer who was working on space-craft propulsion systems for deep space travel. In her spare time, she started a side business doing “fix and hold” projects with rental houses.
At some point in her side business journey, Sarah found that if she scaled her business sufficiently, she could be financially independent. So, she started syndicating large multifamily properties with investors who wanted the benefits of real estate ownership without the hassle. Sarah now owns over 800 doors as a limited partner and has personally sponsored 100 apartment units in Denver, Colorado.
