Meet the dynamic couple that do multiple side businesses separately and together. In this episode, Jason and Pili Yarusi share their cabinet full of secret sauces for a healthy and profitable married life.
Pilialoha, better known as Pili, is originally from Hawaii and has also lived in California and New York before settling in New Jersey. After years working in the arts, managing restaurants, running bars, and owning a berry farm, Pili got a real estate license and plunged into fixing up dilapidated homes and finding good families for them.
Jason operates beach-side Airbnb properties, flips homes, and acquires large-scale multi-family assets. In addition, he owns a Chinese restaurant, and a microbrewery.
Jason and Pili have two beautiful children with a third on the way. They are also hosts of the REI Foundation Podcast, a fantastic platform for anyone who wants to learn what to do and more importantly what not to do in the real estate world.
